Ayurveda, also written as " ayuveda"  is a traditional system of health care which is   native to the India.
the physician Dhanvantari to the gods in Hindu mythology    received it from Brahma. The word "Ayurveda"  consists of  the word âyus meaning   "life principle", and the word veda, which refers to a system of "knowledge". You   can translate it as the "knowledge of life".
In ancient writings ayurveda is analyzed    as the human body in terms of earth, water, fire, air, and ether.
Ayurvedic medicine emphasizes hygiene, exercise, ayurvedic massage, herbal   preparations, and yoga.
Ayurvedic medicine is still a popular form of health care in   India, where it is taught in roughly 100 ayurveda colleges where yoga teacher and   ayurvedic experts are in educational formation.
